摘 要:文章介绍了笔者在英国牛津布鲁克斯大学及其医疗机构学习参观护士个人职业发展的见闻与体会,分别从英国护士职业发展的分级、个人职业发展计划的制订、政府及医院对个人职业发展计划的重视支持3个方面介绍了英国护士个人职业发展计划的概况,并结合我国护理岗位管理的现状提出建议:护理管理者从岗位管理角度重视护士的个人职业发展计划;护士职业生涯规划与个人职业发展计划融合;结合岗位并优先发展重要及紧迫的问题;对护士个人职业发展计划定时回顾、反馈并辅导;政府及学会应从宏观上整合教育培训的优势资源,促进护士个人职业发展。Through visiting the Oxford Brooks University and hospitals of there in UK, the authors introduced the step of nurses'career development, the way of making career development plan, and the attention and support provided by government and hospitals in England. Then combining the current situation of nurs- ing post management, the author put forward the following suggestions, such as mixing Career planning and the personal development plan together. Prior to impro- ving the problem which is important and urgent with her position, giving timely effective guidance to the nurses by nursing managers, integrating the resources of education to promote the career development of nurses.
