摘　　要：大学生就业是当今社会最突出的问题之一,对各个层次的大学毕业生就业问题进行深入的研究分析并提出解决的方法和对策,具有十分重要的社会现实意义。本文在对作者所任教学校近年来专科英语教育专业毕业生就业状况调查分析的基础上,结合毕业生跟踪调查和用人单位回访调查结果,提出了促进专科英语教育专业学生就业的一些相应对策及职前培养的建议。The employment of college students has become one of the hottest issues in today＇s society; therefore, it has a very important practical and social significance to study the employment problem of college students at different levels and find its solution. This paper investigates and analyses the employment situation of College English Majors in the writer＇s university in recent years, conducts a track survey on both graduates and employing units, and also puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to promote the employment of College English major students and some suggestions on pre-service training education.
