东北鹤虱中平滑肌松弛作用有效部位的筛选

摘　　要：目的 :对东北鹤虱中具有平滑肌松弛作用的有效部位进行筛选。方法 :用大孔树脂对东北鹤虱的水提醇沉液进行分离筛选 ,得到6种溶液 ,分别以试管法及薄层色谱法进行鉴定 ,并以兔回肠收缩力为指标 ,进行有效部位的追踪。结果 :东北鹤虱中的有机酸 ,鞣质及香豆素类物质对平滑肌的收缩有抑制作用 ,以后者的作用最强。结论 :本法从东北鹤虱中筛选出具有平滑肌松弛作用的有效部位为有机酸 。Objective: Screening on the effective parts of Lappula echinata Gilib which can inhibit the motility of smooth muscle.Methods: Six parts from Lappula echinata Gilib were extracted by the application of macropore adsorbed resin and identificated by tuber method and TLC method. The contractile force was chosen as the main index to screen the effective parts of Lappula echinata Gilib.Results:It indicates that LEG contains organic acids,tannins and coumarins, which can inhibit the contraction of isolated ileum of rabbit.The coumarins are the most effective.Conclusion: Organic acids,tannins and coumarins as effective parts of Lappula echinata Gilib were screened.
