摘  要:针对国产化二冲程低速柴油机HHM 6S350设计了高压EGR方案,通过仿真计算研究了EGR对柴油机油耗和NOx排放的影响。结果表明:EGR能有效降低NOx排放,在选定的EGR方案下全负荷工况加权排放达到TierⅢ排放标准,但是油耗增加较多。研究了提前喷油对6S350在高EGR率时的影响。结果表明:油耗随喷油提前而降低,但NOx排放上升。受最高气缸压力的限制,设置25%、50%、75%、100%负荷下喷油始角分别较原机提前6、6、7、4℃A,全负荷NOx加权排放为2.98(g·(k W·h)-1),符合TierⅢ排放要求,而加权油耗仅上升2.1%。Aiming at HHM 6S350 (a domestic low-speed two-stroke diesel engine), high-pressure EGR plan was designed, and the influence of EGR on fuel consumption and NOx emission was analyzed by simulation. The results showed that EGR could decrease the NOx emission effectively. Under selected EGR plan, weighted emission under full load met the Tier Ⅲ criterion, but the fuel consumption largely increased. The influence of advance injection on 6S350 in high EGR rate was studied which led to the result that fuel consumption decreased while the NOx emission increased. Due to the restrictions on maximum cylinder pressure, under 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% load, the injection time was 6, 6, 7, 4 ℃A earlier than the original one respectively. The NOx weighted emission under full load was 2.98 ( g · ( kW · h)^-1 ) which met the Tier Ⅲ criterion, and the weighted fuel consumption raised only 2.1%.
