摘　　要：目的观察肝脂平颗粒联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法将80例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组口服肝脂平颗粒联合水飞蓟宾胶囊,对照组口服水飞蓟宾胶囊。疗程24周。结果 2组患者的肝功能、血脂指标、中医证候积分和生活质量评分较治疗前明显改善,治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝脂平颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝,针对其肝郁脾虚、湿痰瘀互结之病机,健脾利湿化瘀,能明显改善肝功能,降低血脂。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gan Zhi Ping Granule combined with Silybin capsules for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods The 80 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group（ n = 40）. The control group was given Silybin capsules and the treatment group was treated with Gan Zhi Ping Granule combined with Silybin capsules. The effects were compared after 24 weeks. Results Compared with before treatment,liver function and blood fat,the TCM syndrome integral,quality of life score of patients were improved. Compared with control group,therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gan Zhi ping Granule combined with Silybin capsules shows satisfactory clinical efficacy of promoting liver function,reducing blood fat.
