《伤寒杂病论》寒热错杂病证探析

摘　　要：机体阴阳水火升降失调是造成寒热错杂证的根本原因,而寒热错杂又是临床诸多复杂疑难病的主要病机,往往难以准确辨证。其中肺胃表里之枢机与机体外感病之发热恶寒关系极为密切,外感病以及伤寒三阳病传变若以此为切入点,可对疾病的病位和病势有更直观和准确的把握,以指导临床灵活辨证用药。对于肺胃表里之发热恶寒的研究,应更多结合《伤寒论》的相关条文以及温病学家的著述,从而更好地理解肺胃同治、卫气并调、解表清热、调节升降等思想对于治疗外感病寒热错杂、外寒内热之证的重要意义。The imbalanced ascending and descending of Yin and Yang,water and fire is the main reason for the simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat. It is also the major pathogenesis of the complex and difficult disease which is too hard to differentiate the syndromes. The pivot of lung and stomach,exterior and interior is closely connected with the body＇s chill and fever,which is a better entry point of exogenous disease and triple-yang disease to make the location and tendency of disease more intuitive and accurate,and it can also lead to more flexible and accurate theropy.The research of chill and fever related to lung and stomach,exterior and interior should be connected with the relevant articles from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the famous doctors on Warm Disease,in order to get a better understanding on these significant treatment methods for the remedy on exogenous disease of exterior chill with interior fever,such as simultaneous heal of stomach and lung,weifen and qifen,relieving exterior coldness and clearing interior heating,and regulating the ascending and descending.
