试论肛垫悬吊手术在重度痔疮治疗过程中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肛垫悬吊术治疗重度痔疮患者的效果。方法选取我院收治的重度痔疮者62例,依据手术方式划分,各31例,对照组行传统术式,观察组行肛垫悬吊手术,对比两组效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.5%,并发症发生率为3.2%,优于对照组,P<0.05。结论肛垫悬吊手术用于重度痔疮患者效果优良。Objective To investigate the effect of anal cushion suspension in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids. Methods 62 cases of severe hemorrhoids treated in our hospital were selected. According to the operation method,31 cases were divided into cases. The control group was treated with traditional operation. The observation group was treated with anal cushion suspension operation. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.5%,the incidence rate of complications was 3.2%,which was significantly better than that of control group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Anal cushion suspension surgery for severe hemorrhoids patients with good results.
