摘　　要：例1女,14岁。反复左肩胛区及季肋部簇集性水疱、血疱2年。例2男,24岁。阴囊、阴茎皮肤出现水疱8年。2例患者组织病理检查均见真皮浅层内大量由单层内皮细胞组成的扩张的淋巴管。诊断:单纯性淋巴管畸形。Case 1, a 14-year-old female presented with clustered vesicles and blood blisters on the left scapula and waist for two years. Case 2, a 24-year-old male had an 8-year history of clustered vesicles on the scrotum and pe- nis. Histopathologic examination revealed dilated lymphatic vessels consisted of singule layer of endothelial cells in the upper dermis. The diagnoses of both cases were simple acquired Lymphatic malformation.
