摘  要:承台墩身全预制桥梁墩台模块化吊装作业是港珠澳大桥工程施工的关键环节,主要介绍吊具及其抗浮装置设计,一级通用吊具采用全铰接,可使部件之间不存在次弯矩及其他有害应力;"万向节"选用Q690低碳高强结构钢,并对局部进行结构优化设计,有效减小其结构尺寸及自重;索具采用海洋工程高性能无接头钢丝绳圈,避免了多根钢丝绳索具因长度误差而导致的吊钩钩腔受力不均情况发生。二级吊具采用钢箱梁式结构具有高抗弯扭性能、高稳定性、高抗疲劳性能、高吊重能力及低挠度变形等优点;合理的止摆装置设计有效减弱涌浪对结构体系的挠动。装配式抗浮装置设计可抵消浮力造成的钢丝绳回缩量,确保止水成功实施。Modular erection construction of the prefabricated bearing abutments and piers are critical for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Construction.In this paper the design of spreader and antifloating device are introduced.The first level general hanger uses full articulation which can realize no secondary moment and other harmful stress existing among the components; " Gimbal" uses Q690 structural steel with low-carbon and high-strength,and some optimized structural design is made locally to effectively reduce the structure size and weight;hanger uses marine-oriented high performance steel wire rope without joint which can avoid uneven force bearing of the hook cavity caused by error of multiple wires rope riggings length.The second level spreader using steel box girder structure which has the advantages of high resistance to bending and torsion,high stability,high fatigue resistance,high lifting capacity and low deflection;reasonable design of anti-sway device effectively weakens the swell on the deflection of structure system;and the assembly design of anti-floating device of wire rope offset buoyancy caused by shrinkage to ensure the successful implementation of water-resistance.
