新环境下高职图书馆服务校园文化建设的路径

摘　　要：建设积极向上的校园文化是高等院校办学实践中的一项中心工作,高校图书馆在校园文化建设中发挥着"引领文化""教育促进"等独特作用。新媒体环境的利与弊、高职学生阅读习惯的状态和师生服务需求的多样化等原因导致了当前新媒体环境下的高职院校图书馆在发展现状和服务需求等方面都发生了深刻的变化。通过引导学生养成良好的阅读行为、塑造和谐的人文环境、创新服务手段与加强馆员队伍建设等举措,构建了在新媒体环境下高职院校图书馆服务于校园文化建设的有效途径。Building a positive campus culture is a key job in the practice of higher colleges,and the college library plays a unique role in the construction of campus culture, such as ＂guiding culture＂, ＂education promoting＂,etc. Under the current new media environment,many reasons such as the advantages and disadvantages of the new media environment, the reading habits of higher vocational students and the diversification of service needs of teachers and students lead to profound changes in the development situation and the service demand of the college library. In the new media environment, by guiding students to develop good reading behavior, creating a harmonious humanistic environment, innovating service means and strengthening the building of the librarian team, it establishes effective ways of higher vocational college library service in the construction of campus culture.
