CELF1蛋白在神经胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨cELF1在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术及westemblot检测62例脑胶质瘤患者CELF1的表达情况，分析cELF1蛋白表达及临床病理特征之间的关联。采用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析。结果在脑胶质瘤CELF1表达上调，其表达上调与脑胶质瘤的恶性程度及预后明显相关。结论CELF1可能成为胶质瘤的独立预后因素。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the expression of CELFI in glioma. Methods We examined CELFl expression in 62 glioma patients by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Analysing the association between the expression of CELF1 protein and clinicopathologieal characteristics. Survival analyses were performed using the Kaplan-Meier method.Result Our results showed that CELF1 protein was frequently up-regulated in human glioma tissues. The expression level of this protein was positively correlated with glioma World Health Organisation grade and inversely correlated with patient survival （ P〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion CELF1 may be a novel independent prognostic predictor of survival for glioma patients
