脑动静脉畸形的影像学特点及Onyx与Glubran2胶栓塞治疗比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析不同液态栓塞系统（Glubran2胶和onyx胶）治疗脑动静脉畸形的疗效差异。方法56例脑动静脉畸形患者随机分Glubran2胶组（27例）和Onyx胶组（29例），采用对应液态栓塞系统治疗，比较栓塞率、住院时间、术后复发率及并发症等。结果两组患者栓塞率及住院时间无明显差异，随访半年，Glubran组的复发率（2例）高于Onyx组（0例），出血并发症Onyx组（3例）高于Glubran2组（0例）。结论两组患者介入治疗栓塞效果无明显差异，但治疗大型脑动静脉畸形首选Onyx胶，对于中小型脑动静脉畸形，两种液态栓塞系统治疗无明显差异。Objective To comparatively analyze of the curative effects of different liquid embolism （ Glubran 2 glue and Onyx glue ） for the treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformation. Methods 56 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformation patients were randomly divided into Glubran 2 glue group （ 27 cases ） and Onyx glue group （ 29 cases ） , adopts the corresponding liquid embolic treatment system, compare embolism rate, length of hospital stay, postoperative recurrence rate and complication and so on. Results Two groups of patients with embolism rate and no difference between the length of hospital stay, followed up for halfa year, Glubran 2 group recurrence rate （ 2 ） was higher than Onyx group （ 0 ） , bleeding complications, 3 cases of Onyx group, higher than Glubran group （ 0 ） . Conclusion The therapeutic effect between the two groups of patient referral treatment showed no difference, but the treatment of large cerebral arteriovenous fistula preferred Onyx glue, for small and medium- sized cerebral arteriovenous malformation, no difference between the two kinds of liquid embolic treatment system.
