摘 要:目的通过对怀远县霍乱疫情的调查处理,分析流行病学原因,开展疫情处理控制疫情蔓延。方法根据GB15984-1995标准培养鉴定霍乱弧菌,对聚餐人员、患者、密切接触者、外环境全面开展流行病学调查,采取有效的疫情控制措施。结果此次疫情系聚餐所致,因聚餐时用的虾在储存、加工、烹饪过程中污染而引起。参与聚餐人员137名,共发现小川型霍乱弧菌感染的患者20例。确定密切接触者257人,涉及76户。结论本次是一起农村聚餐引起的霍乱爆发疫情,由于疫情发现及时,采取有效控制措施,疫情得到有效控制。Objective The study was conducted to investigate the cause of a food related cholera epidemic in rural of Huaiyuan County,Anhui Province,so as to provide the evidence for the effective control of the epidemic situation.Methods Vibrio cholerae was identified according to GB 15984-1995 standard,epidemiological survey on the risk factors was performed to the dinner-participants,cases,close contacts.The effective control measures were taken.Results The cholera epidemic situation was caused by the contaminated food from a dinner,the shrimps consumed in the dinner were contaminated by Vibrio cholera in storage,processing,cooking process.Among 137 dinner-participants,20 of which were infected with Vibrio cholerae serotype Ogawa,and 257 residents from 76 families were close contacts.Conclusion The cholera epidemic was caused by the contaminated food from a dinner in a rural area,since the epidemic situation was timely discovered,and effective control measures were taken,the epidemic had been effectively controlled.
