摘　　要：本文首先提出了三件(硬件、软件和人件)融合的新型决策系统模型,它是对决策支持系统三域(问题域、方法域和解空间)的扩充;其次,对人件相关概念进行了阐述,包括(专家)人和接口(表示与表达)以及之间的关系;然后提出了一个全新的人件模型(Hw M),并对模型中的主要功能部件进行了描述;最后,通过示例阐述了Hw M如何在决策过程中发挥其作用。示例表明,Hw M为(专家)人融入新型决策系统提供了一个可行且有效的途径。Under the network environment, advanced human-computer Interaction （HCI） technology and the development of multimodal information conversion technology is facilitating the development of Decision Support System （ DSS ） which will step into a new stage of development. Firstly, this paper puts forward three-ware, i. e. , humanware （HW） , software and hardware, integration of Novel Decision System（NDS） model, which extends the three domains of traditional DSS, i. e., problem＇s domain, function＇s domain and solution＇s space. Secondly, the paper presents the concept of humanware, including （expert） human and interface of representation and expression. Then,it puts forward a new Humanware Model （ HwM ） , and describes the main functions of the HwM. Finally, an instance shows how the Hw to be used in NDS. Illustration shows HwM is a feasible and effective way,which involves human（expert） into NDS.
