摘　　要：地方院校研究生生源受限,培养模式等也有待完善。要通过强宣传,实施政策激励以吸引优质生源;建立科研实践基地,提高研究生的实践能力;强化导师责任制,提高研究生培养质量。In local colleges,source of postgraduates are quite limited and the teaching mode has much to be desired.Actions should be taken to implement policies to encourage and attract excellent students by strengthening publicity,improve postgraduates＇ practical ability by establishing research practice base and promote the quality of graduate cultivation by enhancing tutor system.
