摘　　要：大数据对高校思想政治工作具有积极作用,同时也带来机遇和挑战。高校思想政治工作者要培养数据分析能力和信息提炼能力,运用大数据技术把握学生的状态、行为及思想动态,改进工作方法,加强人文关怀,提升思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。Big data can play apositive role in college ideological and political work,bringing both opportunities and challenges at same time.Ideological and political workers in colleges should develop their ability to analyze data and extract information so that students＇ states,behavior and thinking can be well observed with application of big data techniques to improve working methods,strengthen human care and better pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work.
