透明成形冠在乳前牙美容修复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察使用透明成形冠对乳前牙大面积缺损进行复合树脂全冠修复的临床效果,并与直接树脂充填法进行对比。方法:选择上颌乳前牙牙体大面积缺损的患儿68例(152颗牙),随机分为两组。实验组:76颗牙,应用透明成形冠技术进行复合树脂全冠修复;对照组:76颗牙,去腐后采用复合树脂直接充填。分别于充填后6个月、18个月复查修复体保存情况,并从边缘密合性、边缘着色、表面质地、继发龋等方面比较两组修复效果。结果:充填后18个月复查,实验组在保存率、边缘密合性、边缘着色、继发龋四项指标上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组在表面质地的成功率也高于对照组。结论:使用成形冠技术修复乳前牙大面积缺损,可有效提高修复体保存率,恢复牙体形态和功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of restoration of multi-surface caries decay in primary anterior teeth with strip crowns,and to compare the method of direct resin filling method.Methods Maxillary primary anterior teeth with multisurface caries in children with 68 cases 152 teeth,were randomly divided into for two groups：the experimental group 76 teeth,which were restored with strip crowns;the control group 76 teeth,which were restored directly with the composite resin after getting rid of decay.After therapy,restorations were re-examined at 6-month and at 18-month follow-up respectively,at the same time,the restoration effects of the two groups were compared in the aspects of edge sealing,edge coloring,surface texture and secondary caries etc.Results After eighteen months following up,4 indicators（retention rate,edge sealing,edge coloring and secondary caries）in experimental group are better than those in control group,results there was a significant difference in those five indicators between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The success rate of the surface texture in experimental group was higher than that of the control group also.Conclusion Applying the strip crowns technology to restore the multi-surface caries of primary anterior teeth,which can effectively improve the retention rate of the restoration and restore the appearance and function of the tooth,therefore,it is worthy of clinical generalization and application.
