摘 要:自媒体时代的到来为医师宣传个人品牌带来了新的机遇,与之相对应的是一种新型医师助理型人才市场需求开始形成。这类人才既能为医师个人品牌宣传提供更丰富的影像素材,又能为医师提高自己的技术提供更多病例研究资料,同时还能为医疗机构管理医师提供客观的决策参考依据。面对这一新的人才市场需求,笔者所在机构在现有新高职医疗美容专业教育的基础上,把握美容外科实习带教的特征,进行了教学改革、探索后,提出了一种新型的医疗美容专业美容外科实习带教模式。旨在为新高职医疗美容教学注入一种新的活力,使之更契合市场的人才需求。也期望为医疗美容专业的毕业生打好一个坚实的基础,使其获得更好的职业远期成长可能。In We-media era physicians has got a new opportunity for their personal advertising.At the same time,the market demand of the physician assistant with special abilities has formed.These abilities,such as:obtaining and managing image or video materials,managing customer's data.With which,for physicians,more image or video materials could be obtained for personal advertising,more cases could be studied for improving technique.And for medical institutions,the gist of decisionmaking of physicians management could be provided.According to the new market demand,based on the existing education of medical cosmetic speciality,considering the characteristics of aesthetic surgery clinical practice teaching,after some exploring,we present a mode of aesthetic surgery clinical practice teaching,with which we hope that the medical cosmetic speciality education will further meet the new market demand,and The graduates can lay better foundation for career growth in future.
