论大学理想的五大特性

摘　　要：大学理想的特性主要体现为浪漫性、超越性、理论性、完美性与动力性五个方面。浪漫性表现为未来指向于浪漫表达方式,回归完整的人性与卓尔不群;超越性表现为对现实和有限的超越,通过对现实和有限的反思与批判,构想完整意义的大学;理论性表现为其不同于一般理想,通过理论构架、理论推理与理论预断论证大学发展的未来走向;完美性表现为对整体和完美大学的向往,是人们对完美的追求与心向,其"最"完美的状态形成为关于大学的信仰;动力性表征其作用,通过方向动力、目标动力与信仰动力引领大学人去努力奋斗,创造更加美好的大学。The five characteristics of university ideal mainly manifest for the perfection, the romanticism, the transcendence, the theorization and the dynamic. Romanticism represents the future direction of style and romantic expression, and the return of the whole human nature and greatness. Transcendence means transcending of reality and finite, and conceiving the complete university through the reflection and criticism of reality and finite. Different from the general ideal, the theorization is to prejudge the future direction of university development through the theoretical framework and reasoning. The perfection embodies the yearning for the whole and perfect university and the people＇s pursuit of excellence, and the most perfect state is the form of the university＇s faith. The dynamic leads scholars to work hard and create a better university.
