摘 要:19世纪末20世纪初,西方各国将导师制引入本科生教育。随着高校扩招,我国高校在校大学生数量骤增,原有的学年制教育体系、以班级为单位的授课模式及以辅导员和班主任为主的管理模式都受到挑战与冲击。为此,导师制被引入本科生教育管理体系。我国本科生导师制基本上分为全程、年级及精英三种类型。本科生导师制不仅弥补了学分制的缺陷,融洽了师生关系,更促使高校管理模式从以"管"为主向以"导"为主的转变。本科生导师制在实施过程中仍存在师生之间沟通不畅及导师职责不清等问题。实施高校应从明确导师职责、加强师生互选、建立测评与激励机制等方面完善本科生导师制。In the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century, western countries introduced the tutorial system into undergraduate education. With the expansion of China's colleges and universities, original school education system, class teaching model and counselor and teacher based management model are subject to challenge and impact. Therefore, the tutorial system is introduced into the undergraduate education system. The tutorial system basically has three kinds of types: the whole process, grade and the elite. It is not only makes up for the shortcomings of the credit system, also changes the university management mode from administration to guiding through equal dialogue between teachers and students. Of course, there are still many problems, such as poor communication between teachers and students, and the lack of tutors' responsibility. Colleges can solve the above problems, through the clear responsibility of tutors, the establishment of incentive measures and mutual evaluation mechanism etc.
