摘　　要：游国恩是中国楚辞学由古代向现代转型时的关键性人物。他奠定了现代楚辞学的基础,成为我国现代楚辞学的集大成者。屈原作品篇数、次序自汉代以后就无定论。《汉书·艺文志》载,屈原赋二十五篇。游国恩对屈赋作品篇数的认定经历了一个变化的过程,早期认为屈原作品总共十二篇,经过近半个世纪的研究后最终确定屈原作品二十四篇。游国恩根据史实和作品文本详细考证了屈原作品的先后次序,为后人进一步研究屈原作品提供了坚实的基础。In the research of Chuci, You Guo-en is the key representative in the transition from ancient to modern, who lays the foundation of modern Chuci. The number and the order of Qu Yuan ＇s works was inconclusive since the Han Dynasty. Hanshu Yiwenzhi recorded that Qu Yuan＇s works were 25 altogether. You Guo-en had experienced a process of change about the number of Qu Yuan ＇s works. Early he thought Qu Yuan＇s works amounted to 12. After nearly half a century of study, You Guo-en finally concluded that Qu Yuan＇s works were 24. According to historical facts and details of Qu Yuan ＇s works,You Guo-en validated the order of the works. He provided the solid foundation for the later to further study Qu Yuan ＇s works.
