水生态文明行为教育与实施路径探讨

摘　　要：在强调水生态文明行为教育的现实意义基础上,简析水生态文明行为教育的基本内容,探讨实施水生态文明教育的主要实施路径。研究表明:作为水生态文明建设的重要基础,水生态文明行为教育是一个系统工程,其基本内容涵盖水生态文明意识培育、水生态行为培养和水生态文明规范养成等方面;水生态文明行为教育的实施路径主要包括将水生态文明纳入国民教育体系、构建水生态文明行为教育制度、倡导水生态文明生产生活方式等。水生态文明行为教育落地生根需要倡导绿色生产生活方式,落实到人们的实际行动和行为之中,需要社会公众的参与和国民的共同行动。On the basis of highlighting its significance,the basic contents of the behavioral education of water ecological civilization are analyzed,and the main paths for implementing the behavioral education are investigated. The analysis and investigation show that as the important basis for establishing the water ecological civilization,the behavioral education is a system engineering,including awareness fostering,behavioral cultivation and norm development of water ecological civilization. The main paths for implementing the behavioral education are as follows：（ 1） the education of water ecological civilization should be introduced into the national education system;（ 2） the education system of water ecological civilization should be formulated;（ 3） the living and producing styles of water ecological civilization should be advocated. The implementation of behavioral education calls for green producing and living styles,which should be practiced by people in their behaviors and actions,and for participation by the general public and joint action by the whole nation.
