摘　　要：宫颈癌早期诊断对指导临床治疗和改善预后有重要作用。转化生长因子-β_1不仅具有多种生理功能且在多种癌细胞中广泛表达,更与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关。本文就转化生长因子-β_1的基因研究、信号通路、免疫机制、及其在宫颈癌的发生、转移、预后等方面作用的研究进展作一综述。The early diagnosis of cervical cancer plays an important role in guiding clinical treatment and improving prognosis.Transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1）not only has a variety of physiological functions and is widely expressed in a variety of cancer cells,but also has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.This paper reviews the research progress of genetic research,signaling pathways and immune mechanism of TGF-β1,and the role of TGF-β1 in the occurrence,metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
