摘　　要：本文分析了山西省食用菌产业发展的现状,从发展目标、发展思路、战略重点等方面提出了山西食用菌产业发展的战略构想,为加快山西省食用菌产业发展、扩大食用菌生产规模和提高市场占有率提供参考。This paper analyzed the status of mushroom industry in Shanxi,and put forward the strategic vision of the development of mushroom industry in Shanxi from development goals,development ideas,strategic focus,etc.,and provided the reference for accelerating the development of mushroom industry and expanding the scale of mushroom production and improving the market share.
