摘　　要：基于人际和谐理论分析医患关系恶化的原因:医患交往的信息化、冷漠化、利益化、失信化,据此得出人际和谐理论对构建和谐医患关系的启示:在互利的基础上推动医患关系和谐发展的合理性,在公平的基础上体现医患关系和谐发展的平等性,在诚信的基础上促进医患关系和谐发展的有效性,在制度的基础上保障医患关系和谐发展的协调性。Based on the interpersonal harmony theory, the author analyzed that the informatization, indifference, profit, and faithlessness are the important reasons leading to deterioration of the doctor - patient relationship. According to this, it put forward the revelation of interpersonal harmony theory on the construction of doctor - pa- tient relationship ： promoting the rationality of harmonious development of doctor - patient relationship on the basis of mutual benefit, reflecting the equality of harmonious development of doctor - patient relationship on the basis of fair, promoting the effectiveness of harmonious development of doctor - patient relationship on the basis of integrity, and guarantying the harmonious development of doctor - patient relationship on the foundation of system.
