摘　　要：通过分析开展老年人新型家庭访视的工作实践,提出了做好访视工作的伦理学策略:首先,访视者与被访视者要充分沟通,做到知情同意;其次,医务人员要实行医学人道主义;再次,医护人员要遵循伦理学上的公正和保密的原则,最后,医护人员要注意医患双方的安全问题。Through analysis of the new home visit working practice, this paper put forward ethical tactics for doing a good home visit as follows： firstly, the visitor and the visited must communicate each other fully to protect the elderly＇s rights by informed consent, and then medical personnel must take humanitarianism as center in the medical activities. Thirdly, medical personnel must persist in the principles of justice and confidentiality. At last, medical staffs should pay attention to the safety of both doctors and patients.
