摘　　要：通过对基因隐私权的界定,分析基因隐私权的伦理属性和法律属性,进而讨论了在保险和就业中基因隐私权容易受到侵犯等现实问题。主张通过伦理原则规范技术行为,通过法律制度限制违法行为,尤其要加强民法体系的完善,实现对基因隐私权的双重保护。By the definition of genetic privacy, this paper analyzed the ethical and legal attributes of genetic privacy, and then discussed the practical problems that genetic privacy could be violated easily in the insurance and employment. It advocated to standard behaviors of technology by the ethical principles, and limit illegal activities through the legal system. In particular, it should strengthen the perfecting of the civil law system to protect genetic privacy doubly.
