摘　　要：从人体器官捐献现状及存在问题出发,明确伦理体系遵循的统一、"三公"、互惠互利的三大原则,重点探讨在器官捐献实际工作中,从器官协调员的培养、伦理审查机制、伦理监督机制等方面探讨在医疗机构中伦理体系框架的构建。Started with the current situation and existed problems of organ donation, this article cleared the three principles of ethical system including unification, fairness, openness, justice and reciprocity and mutual ben- efit. It mainly discussed the ethical system construction in medical institutions in the actual work of organ donation from the aspects of organ transplantation coordinator cultivation, ethical review mechanism and supervision mecha- nism.
