印象管理策略在临床实习护生护患沟通能力培养中的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨印象管理策略对临床实习护生护患沟通能力及自我效能的影响。方法选择2015年7月进入潍坊市人民医院实习的本科护生,共60名,随机将其分为对照组与实验组各30人,试验组采用印象管理策略进行培训。对照组发放印象管理策略的相关阅读材料,但不进行培训。于实习第一周、三个月后,对所有实习护生采用护生护患沟通能力测评量表及一般自我效能感量表进行测评。结果两组实习护生培训前护患沟通能力各因子得分及一般自我效能感得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后试验组护生护患沟通能力及一般自我效能感得分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论印象管理策略能有效提高实习护生护患沟通能力及护生的一般自我效能感。Objective： To explore the effect of impression management strategies training on the nurse - patient communication ability and self - efficacy of probationer nurses. Methods ： Sixty undergraduate probationer nurses coming for practice in July 2015 at Weifang People＇s Hospital were recruited and divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly, for each group 30 students. Objects in the experimental group were given the im- pression management strategy training and teaching. For the control group, they were just given the reading materi- als about impression management strategy, but without related training. The probationer nurses were evaluated u- sing the Communication Skill Assessment Scale and the General Self - efficacy Scale at the time of one week and three months after internship. Results： Each factor score of nurse - patient communication ability and the general self - efficacy were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the control group and the experimental group before the training. After the intervention, both the students＇ ability of communication and general self- efficacy in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ：The impression management strategy can effectively improve the communication ability and general self- efficacy of proba- tioner nurses.
