摘　　要：简要介绍了甘蔗制糖的工艺流程及工况特点。制糖设备具有重载,低速,处于粉尘和腐蚀性介质氛围中的特点,对润滑油脂的质量要求高。传统的润滑管理模式已不能适应现代化制糖企业的要求。建议制糖企业与专业的润滑油公司合作,共同提高设备的润滑水平。The craft process and the working condition characteristics of sucrose preparation were introduced in brief.The sugar preparation equipment had characteristics of heavy-duty, low speed and in an atmosphere of dust and corrosive media, and the high quality lubricants were asked.The traditional lubrication management mode had not been met the requirements of modern sucrose preparation enterprises.The sucrose preparation enterprises were recommended in cooperation with professional lubricants company improving the level of equipment lubrica- tion jointly.
