Effect of Adding Cassava Stillage on Hydrogen and Methane Production during Anaerobic Digestion of Sewage Sludge

摘  要:为实现市政污泥的无害化处理和资源化利用,分别在间歇和连续流条件下,考察了市政污泥两阶段厌氧发酵产氢产甲烷特性,并分析了木薯酒糟的添加对该发酵体系的影响。结果表明:以市政污泥为单一基质厌氧发酵时,氢气和甲烷产率均较低,分别约为2和66 m L/g VS;添加少量(25%)木薯酒糟即可大幅度提高体系的产气性能,氢气产率和甲烷产率分别提高约10倍和35%,同时促进了能量热值的产出和有机物的降解;提高木薯酒糟的添加量至50%,不仅可以进一步提高体系的产气性能,而且能够影响体系中有机物的代谢途径,使产氢段有机物代谢由乙酸型发酵途径主导逐渐转变为由丁酸型发酵途径主导,并且能够促进产甲烷微生物对VFAs的利用。Two-stage anaerobic digestion system for hydrogen and methane production was operated under batch and continuous conditions to achieve innocuous treatment and resource utilization of sewage sludge, and the effect of adding cassava stillage on the digestion system was analyzed. The results showed that the hydrogen yield (2 mL/gVS) and methane yield (66 mL/gVS) were relatively low when using sewage sludge as single substrate for anaerobic digestion. The biogas production was greatly improved by adding 25% of cassava stillage, hydrogen yield and methane yield were 10 times and 35% higher than digestion of sewage sludge with single substrate, and the output of energy and the degradation of organic matter were promoted. Increasing cassava stillage addition to 50% would affect the organic metabolic pathways while improving biogas production, and the metabolic pathway of dominant organic in hydrogen production phase was changed from acetate fermentation type to n-butyrate fermentation type, promoting the further utilization of VFAs by methanogens.
