摘  要:目的:调查癫痫患者的中药、保健品服用情况,并探讨影响患者服用中药的可能影响因素。方法:癫痫患者118例,采用自制调查问卷收集其人口学、临床资料,调查其中药、保健品服用情况。结果:正在服用或曾经服用过中药或保健品59例(50.0%),服用中药36例(30.5%),服用保健品28例(23.7%)。月收入〉3 000元(OR=0.36,95%CI为0.14-0.95,P=0.039)、服用1种抗癫痫药(AEDs)(OR=0.18,95%CI为0.05-0.62,P=0.007)、服用≥2种AEDs(OR=0.34,95%CI为0.12-0.98,P=0.046)更容易服用中药。结论:癫痫患者经常服用中药治疗癫痫,高月收入、多种AEDs服用者更多地服用中药。Objective:To survey the status of taking traditional Chinese medicine and dietary supplements among patients with epilepsy, and to discuss potential factors influencing the use of Traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: One hundred and eighteen epilepsy patients were enrolled, and demographic and clinical data were collected, information of taking traditional Chinese medicine and dietary supplements was surveyed. Results: Fifty-nine(50.0%) patients take traditional Chinese medicine or dietary supplement(given at any given time, regardless of the use of AEDs). Among them, 36(30.5%) cases took traditional Chinese medicine, 28(23.7%) cases had dietary supplement. The patients with AEDs(one AED, OR=0.18, 95% CI=0.05-0.62, P=0.007; or two AEDs or over, OR=0.34, 95%CI=0.12-0.98, P=0.046) and patients who had monthly income over$3 000(OR=0.36, 95%CI=0.14-0.95, P=0.039) were more likely to take traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Epilepsy patients frequently take traditional Chinese medicine. The ones with high income and having several antiepileptic drugs are more likely to take traditional Chinese medicine.
