摘　　要：高校辅导员作为高校第一线的教育者和管理者，在思想教育过程中发挥着重要的作用。高校辅导员在结合教育部倡导的“我的中国梦”主题思想教育活动中，发挥自身的优势，结合“中国梦”的指导思想以及当下主流思想给广大青年学生输出积极健康向上的理念，利用思政课堂、校园文化这两个平台，通过一系列的团学活动，向学生传递正能量，引导青年学生积极向上，将个人的“成才梦”和国家的“中国梦”结合起来，励志笃学，成长成才，完成历史所赋予的使命。As educators and administrators, college counselors play an important role in the process of ideological education. In the thematic educational activities of My Chinese Dream initiated by the Ministry of education, college counselors play their advantages, such as providing the young college students with positive and healthy ideas com- bined with the guiding ideology of Chinese Dream and the current mainstream of thought, transferring positive energy by the platforms of Ideological and Political classroom and campus culture as well as a series of group learning activities, and guiding young students to be positive, combine their Success Dream with Chinese Dream, and determine to work hard, grow healthily and succeed to complete the mission entrusted by history.
