摘　　要：文章通过文献研究,从创新视角分析了大数据的环境给企业的生存和发展带来的新机遇和挑战,在思考探索商务智能、数据挖掘和企业创新管理的基础上,提出了大数据环境下建立商务智能信息平台、构建企业决策"双驱动"的数据战略模型,以及建立首席数据官制度、加强企业知识管理等建议,以促进企业管理模式创新。Using the document analysis method,this paper elaborates on the opportunities and challenges enterprises face in their survival and development under the Big Data environment from the perspective of innovation. On the basis of exploring business intelligence,data mining and enterprise innovation management,this paper proposes some suggestions to promote enterprise management mode innovation through building business intelligence information platform,the dual- drive decision making for the Data Strategy Management model,involving both the ＇business- drive decision making＇ and the ＇data- drive decision making＇ concepts under the Big Data environment,and CDO system to enhance enterprise knowledge management.
