摘　　要：新建应用型本科院校在选择转型发展路径时,在办学定位、办学目标和发展模式等方面存在路径依赖现象,此现象是高等教育模式、高校生态环境、传统心理和院校自身能力等因素综合作用的结果。要突破路径依赖,职业化转型才是合理的选择。Path dependence hinders the transformation of Upgraded Application- Oriented Undergraduate Colleges in the aspects of colleges＇ orientation,targets and development path. It is a complicated consequence affected by higher education patterns,eco- environment of colleges and universities,traditional views and colleges＇ ability. Professionalization transformation is a reasonable choice to break through path dependence.
