摘　　要：近年来,高校学生自杀维权的报道屡见报端,严重破坏高校的法治与和谐稳定,在舆论广泛关注的同时却面临理论研究的长期空白与滞后。高校弱势群体极端维权事件频发反映的不仅是高校弱势群体维权意识和能力的缺陷、心理健康的困境,还有依法维权途径的闭塞。破解依法维权的困境是高校弱势群体自杀维权消泯的必由之路。高校应确立以人为本的服务思想,完善学校管理体制;净化校园环境,构建良好的校园文化氛围;重视心理教育工作,引导学生积极进行自我心理调节;完善学生维权诉求表达渠道,普及依法维权教育。In recent years,reports of college students committing suicide are often found in newspapers,seriously undermining the colleges＇ and universities＇ regulations,harmony and stability. Much attention is paid to them publicly while theory research they face is long- term blank and lagged behind. The frequent extreme events of the universities＇ vulnerable groups reflect not only the lack of rights awareness and ability,and mental health difficulties,but also the pathway blocking of defending rights. Breaking the plight of defending rights is the inevitable way of eliminating the suicide attempts of the vulnerable groups in colleges and universities. Therefore,universities should establish people- oriented service ideas and improve school management systems; purify the campus environment and build a good cultural atmosphere on campus; emphasize psychological education work and guide students to active self- psychological adjustment; perfect students＇ channels of appealing expressions and promote universal defending rights education.
