摘　　要：目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合树突状细胞(DC)-细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)生物治疗结直肠癌肝转移的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 90例结直肠癌肝转移患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,均给予TACE治疗,实验组患者在此基础上给予DC-CIK生物治疗。观察和比较两组患者的近期疗效、免疫功能、生存质量及不良反应的发生情况。结果实验组患者的近期有效率和临床获益率分别为46.7%和84.4%,对照组患者的近期有效率和临床获益率分别为22.2%和62.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及生存质量评分显著高于对照组;治疗期间,两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论 TACE联合DC-CIK生物治疗结直肠癌肝转移可显著提高患者近期疗效,增强免疫功能,改善生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reaction of TACE combined with DC-CIK biotherapy on the treatment of patients with colorectal liver metastases. Methods 90 patients with colorectal liver metastases were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group（45 cases in each group）. All the patients were treated with TACE; in addition,the experimental group was treated with DC-CIK biotherapy. The recent efficacy,changes of immune function,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The response rates and clinical benefit rate were respectively 46. 7% and 84. 4% in the experimental group,but were respectively 22. 2% and 62. 2% in the control group,indicating a significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The percentage of CD3^ ＋,CD4 ^＋,the ration of CD4^ ＋ / CD8 ^＋,and quality of life were higher in the experimental than the control group. There were no severe adverse events in both groups. Conclusion TACE combined with DC-CIK biotherapy on the treatment of patients with colorectal liver metastases can significantly improve the recent efficacy and enhance the patient＇s immune function as well as improve the patient＇s quality of life.
