摘 要:长江口中华鲟自然保护区是中华鲟幼鲟入海前调节和索饵的重要场所,研究该水域幼鲟补充量特征的长期变化规律对于保护该物种具有重要意义。通过研究2005-2013年幼鲟数量和生物学特征的监测数据发现:(1)不同年份间长江口水域中华鲟幼鲟的初次见苗时间、最后退苗时间和时间跨度存在较大波动;(2)幼鲟补充量在监测期内总体呈现下降趋势,年际波动也非常明显;(3)方差分析显示,不同年份间幼鲟的平均全长和平均体质量存在显著性的差异(P<0.05);(4)相关分析结果表明,幼鲟的平均全长与最后退苗时间之间存在较高的相关性(R=0.719 6,P<0.05),这也许可以解释2007年平均全长偏高的异常现象。The Yangtze River estuary is an important self-adjusting and feeding ground for juvenile Chinese sturgeon in the migration to sea process. It is very helpful and meaningful for the protection of Chinese sturgeon via studying the long-term tendency for recruitment features of its juveniles in this area. In this study,we focused on the analysis of the fluctuation features of recruitment for juvenile Chinese sturgeon according to the survey data on the amount and biological characteristics of juvenile Chinese sturgeon during2005- 2013. The results showed:( 1) the earliest occurrence time,the final departure time and time span of juvenile in the Yangtze River estuary were at the high level fluctuation;( 2) recruitment of juvenile had general clear decrease and fluctuated strongly in different years;( 3) Analysis of Variance( ANOVA) showed years had a significant effect on the mean of total length and body weight of juvenile( P〈0. 05);( 4) the results of correlation analysis indicated that the mean of total length had a high association with the final departure time of juvenile( R = 0. 7196,P〈0. 05),which might be used to explain why the mean of total length in 2007 was significantly higher than the normal level.
