摘  要:试验以3a生赤霞珠为材料,根据黎明前叶片的基础水势(Ψb),设置重度水分胁迫(T1)、中度水分胁迫(T2)、轻度水分胁迫(T3)3个处理,以无水分胁迫(CK)为对照,研究了不同程度水分胁迫对赤霞珠葡萄主要抗旱生理指标及品质的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,水分胁迫能提高赤霞珠葡萄叶片中丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖的量,增加CAT活性,导致可溶性蛋白呈先下降后上升趋势,POD活性呈"抛物线"变化,SOD活性则呈"双峰"变化趋势,且随着胁迫程度加深,上述变化趋势越显著。轻度水分胁迫条件下(T3),累计胁迫灌水量148.44L/株,全生育期共计灌水量447.46L,与CK(624.68L)相比较,不仅节水28.37%,而且促使赤霞珠葡萄可溶性固形物增加3.23%,总酸降低2.97%,花色苷增加22.58%,单宁增加29.70%,总酚增加15.13%,新梢生长量降低15.20%,单株增产7.2%。3years of Cabernet Sauvignon was used as material in the experiment,and three treatments with different water stress were set based on the pre-dawn leaf water potential(Ψb).They weresevere drought(T1),middle drought(T2),light drough(T3)and no-water stress(CK)as a comparison.The effects of different water stress on main drought physiological indexes and qualities of Cabernet Sauvignon were explored.The results showed that,compared with the control,the content of MDA,proline,soluble sugar and CAT activity could be significantly improved by water stress.It could be resulted in an upward trend after the early fall of soluble protein,and POD activity presented a parabolic variation,and SOD activity appeared to be the bimodal variation trend,which was more remarkable by the deepening of the stress degree.Compared with normal irrigation(624.68L),light drought stress(T3),which irrigated 148.44 Lper plant and 447.46 Lin the whole growth stages,not only saved water by 28.37%,but also promoted the increase of soluble solids by 3.23%,the reduction of the total acid by 2.97%,the enhancement of anthocyanin content by 22.58%,the increase of tannin by 29.70% and the advance of total phenols by 15.13%.The light drought stress(T3)treatment also reduced the shoot growth by 15.20%,and increased the yield per plant by 7.2%.
