昆明香菇反季节栽培的主要病原真菌及其发生特点

摘  要:通过对昆明地区几个香菇反季节栽培种植区采集病原真菌样本,分离、纯化鉴定出木霉属(Trichoderma)、青霉属(Penicillium)、拟青霉属(Paecilomyces)、镰孢属(Fusarium)、轮枝霉属(Verticillium)、毛霉属(Mucor)共6个属,其中木霉属分离频次最高(61.90%);香菇反季节栽培出菇期病原真菌的种类最多,而培菌后期最少。木霉属是主要病原真菌,培菌前期、培菌后期和出菇期发生率分别为0.33%、2.20%和14.36%,拟青霉属真菌污染仅在培菌前期发现,发生率为0.25%。The pathogenic fungi samples from several growing farm of anti-season Lentinus edodes were collected isolated and purified, and a total of 6 genus were identified, such as Trichoderma, Penicillium, Paecilomyces, Fusarium, Verticillium, Mlcor. The isolated frequency of Trichoderma was highest (61.90%) . The most pathogenic fungi species appeared in fruiting season cultivation, and it occur rarely in late cultivation season. Trichoderma is a major pathogenic fungi, and the occurrence rate in pre cultivation season, late cultivation season and fruiting were 0.33%, 2.20% and 14.36% respectively. Paecilomyces fungus contamination was found only in the pre cultivation season, and the occurrence rate was 0.25%.
