摘　　要：目的探讨运动疗法对急性脑梗死远期功能预后的影响。方法将134例急性脑梗死患者随机数字表法分为2组,对照组67例实施常规治疗,观察组67例联用运动疗法,比较2组远期功能状况。结果随访时,2组Fugl-Meyer运动功能分布、神经功能缺损分布、Brunnstrom偏瘫分级、日常生活能力分布明显改善(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分明显增加(P<0.05),美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能分布、神经功能缺损分布、Brunnstrom偏瘫分级、日常生活能力分布明显好于对照组(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer评分、ADL评分、治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法可显著改善急性脑梗死患者远期功能预后。Objective To investigate influence of exercise therapy on forward function prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.67 patients received conventional treatment as control group.Sixty-seven patients received exercise therapy as observation group.Forward function status was compared between two groups.Results At follow-up in two groups,Fugl-Meyer motion function distribution,nerve function defect distribution,Brunnstrom hemiplegia classification,daily life ability distribution significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Fugl-Meyer score and ADL score significantly increased（P〈0.05）.NIHSS score significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.FuglMeyer motion function distribution,nerve function defect distribution,Brunnstrom hemiplegia classification,daily life ability distribution in observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.Fugl-Meyer score,ADL score,total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.NIHSS score in observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionExercise therapy can significantly improve forward function prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
