摘　　要：教育培养方案是"卓越工程师培养计划"实施过程中的指导性文件,也是专业综合改革的实施依据。以我院电气工程及其自动化专业2010级卓越计划学生为研究对象,对其四年的教育培养全程跟踪研究,通过对课程整合、教学方法、企业阶段培养等实施过程的核心问题分析研究完整的卓越计划实施案例,完善教育培养方案。The education and training project are not only the guidance documents of the excellent engineer training plan in implementation,but also the executable basis of the professional and comprehensive reform. This paper is focused on the study of the 2010 students in electrical engineering and automation of Hunan Institute of Engineering. The study is running through four years education and training in whole process. Through the analytic study of the core issues in curriculum integration,teaching methods and the business training stage,it completes the implementation case and improves the education and training programs in the excellent engineer training plan.
