摘　　要：《黄帝内经》提出"肾气通于耳",又云"南方赤色,入通于心,开窍于耳"。心肾与耳的关系,现代学者多从中医经络及临床实例角度探究。故通过文献复习,从文化与中医两方面解读心与耳的关系,乐由耳感心,知音者,心相契也。另一方面,也从心肾两个角度对"开窍于耳"的问题进行了研究并提出新的见解:心肾窍于耳,乃道与器之不同已矣。The article attempts to explore the meaning of ＂Heart opens into the ear＂by Music Theory of Traditional Chinese Culture. In the Analects,music brings profound happiness to people and serves to cultivate human emotions. With the music,they can know each other deeply which not only through ears but also mind. This article hopes to search the relation between heart and ear in deeply using this theory.
