摘　　要：目的：观察加味二七方治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效,探讨其总体疗效及远期疗效。方法：将127例患者随机分为治疗组（92例）和对照组（35例）,治疗组给予二七方口服及保留灌肠,对照组给予口服思密达及思密达3~6 g加去甲肾上腺素2 mg加生理盐水20 ml保留灌肠,2组均以1周为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。观察总体疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分变化及远期疗效。结果：治疗组总体疗效、远期疗效优于对照组,治疗后中医症状积分较治疗前显著降低。结论：加味二七方可明显改善临床症状,不仅对急性RE有显著疗效,而且对慢性、迟发型RE有良好疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Modified Erqi Decoction clinical curative effect of treatment of radiation enteritis,explore its overall curative effect and long-term therapeutic effect. Methods： 127 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ 92 cases） and control group（ 35 cases）,The treatment group are given erqi square oral and retention enema. The Control group are given Smecta oral,combined with Smecta 3 ~ 6 g plus norepinephrine 2 mg and 20 ml saline retention enema. Both groups for 1 week 1 course of treatment,continuous 4 courses of treatment. Observe the general curative effect,TCM symptom scores were compared between before and after treatment and long-term follow-up. Results：Curative effect in treatment group,the long-term curative effect is better than that of control group,after treatment of TCM symptom score significantly lower than before treatment. Conclusion： flavored erqi can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,not only has significant curative effect on acute RE,and has good curative effect on chronic,late onset RE.
