摘 要:研究双酚A的荧光特性,建立了用荧光光度法测定双酚A的方法。在pH为5.0缓冲溶液中,设定最大激发波长EX=300nm,最大发射波长EM=305nm,测定不同浓度双酚A的荧光强度。结果表明,在1.235×10^(-5)~1.235×10^(-10)mol·L^(-1)浓度范围内,双酚A的浓度与荧光强度呈线性关系,线性方程为F=6.234+0.1729C(10-8mol·L^(-1)),线性相关系数为R=0.995。用该方法对塑料样品中的双酚A进行了测定,取得较满意的结果。In this article,the fluorescent properties of Bisphenol A were studied and determination of Bisphenol A was achieved via Fluorescence spectro-photometry. The fluorescence intensity of Bisphenol A of different concentration was measured at 300 nm of the maximum excitation wavelength Ex and 305 nm of the maximum emission wavelength Em in the buffer solution of pH 5. 0. Results showed that the fluorescence intensity changed linearly with the concentration of Bisphenol A when the concentration ranged from 1. 235 × 10^-5 to 1.235 × 10^-10 mol·L^-1,revealing the linear equation F = 6. 234 + 0. 1729C( 10^-8mol·L^-1) and 0. 995 of the linear correlation coefficient R. The methodology was applied in determination of Bisphenol A in plastic samples,manifesting that the determination of bisphenol A via Fluorescence spectrophotometry enjoyed several features including quick operation,high sensitivity and accuracy.
