摘 要:目的:观察离体培养的人牙周膜成纤维细胞在Er:YAG激光照射后其增殖能力的变化。方法:离体培养的人牙周膜成纤维细胞,进行常规免疫组化染色,鉴定细胞来源。选用第5代人牙周膜成纤维细胞,随机分为5组,A组为对照组,不接受激光照射。实验组分别接受频率为10 Hz的不同能量Er:YAG激光照射,参数分别为B组:50 m J,C组:100 m J,D组:150m J,E组:200 m J。分别于1、3、5、7、9 d使用CCK-8法测定细胞生长情况,分析其增殖能力的变化。结果:培养第5天时B^E组细胞增殖率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:低能量,短时间的Er:YAG激光照射能促进牙周膜成纤维细胞的增殖能力。Objective: To observe the effect of Er: YAG laser on the proliferation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts( h PDLFs). Methods: Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and identified by immunohistochemistry. The cells of5 th passage were divided into 5 groups. The cells in group A without treatment were used as the controls,in group B,C,D and E were treated with Er: YAG laser of 10 Hz at 50 m J,100 m J,150 m J and E-200 m J for 1 s respectively. The proliferation of the cells was examined on day 1,3,5,7,9 by CCK-8. Results: The proliferation of h PDLFs in group B,C,D and E increased more than that in group A( P〈0. 05) 5 d after Er: YAG laser radiation. Conclusion: Low intensity of Er: YAG laser radiation can promote the proliferation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts.
