病案首页填写质量纳入临床医师绩效考核的调查

摘　　要：目的了解临床医师对病案首页绩效考核的满意度、意见及建议。方法采用分层抽样方法,在某院46个科室选取290名临床医师进行问卷调查,并就临床医师对病案首页绩效考核的认识率、认同率及满意度进行分析。结果 77.7%的医师了解病案首页绩效考核方案;97.8%的医师对绩效考核后病案首页质量提高的情况给予认同;74.1%的医师对病案首页绩效考核方式满意;35.4%医师对绩效考核方案提出了意见及建议。结论医师肯定绩效考核可提高病案首页质量,大部分医师对此满意,但绩效考核方案宣教不到位,且有不妥之处,需进一步完善。Objectives To explore the satisfaction rate, advices and suggestions of the performance evaluation on front pages of medical records among clinic doctors. Methods Stratified sampling method was adopted in this study,290 clinic doctors selected from 46 clinic departments in a hospital received questionnaires survey, then analyzed the rates of knowing, supporting and satisfying to performance evaluation of the front pages of medical records among clinical doctors. Results 77.7% doctors were aware of the performance appraisal program on the front pages of medical records; 97.8% doctors said the quality about the front pages of medical records had improved after performance evaluation; 74.1% doctors were satisfied with the performance evaluation; 35.4% doctors put forward ideas and suggestions. Conclusions Doctors agreed that performance evaluation could improve the quality of the front pages of the medical records, most doctors were satisfied with that, while the propaganda of performance appraisal program was not enough and had some defects, which needed to be improved.
