某医院临床医师利用病案发表论文情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析病案在临床医师发表论文中的利用情况。方法采用统计描述中构成比的方法,对2012年-2014年临床医师在中文医学核心期刊上发表的论文进行统计,分析论文中病案的利用情况。结果 3年中临床医师利用病案资料发表的临床论文共217篇,占总论文的71.62%;其中80%以上的论文应用到统计学方法。论文的科研设计方法采用病例报告、成组的病例分析、横断面调查和叙述性研究占比达50%以上。结论论文中病案利用率较高,说明病案利用与论文产出之间的联系非常紧密;但选择论证强度较高的设计类型的能力偏低,提示临床医师要重视病案在科研、循证医学中的作用,充分挖掘利用病案资源发表高水平的论文。Objective To analyze the application situation of medical records in the paper publishing of clinical physicians. Methods To conduct analysis on the papers published in the Chinese Medical Core Journals by clinical physicians from 2012 to 2014 with the application of constituent method in statistical description, and analyze the application situation of medical records in these papers. Results There were totally 217 papers published by clinical physicians had applied medical records materials in the past three years, which accounted for 71.62%. More than 80% of the papers were applied to statistical methods. The methods of scientific research design are case report,case series, cross-sectional study and descriptive study, and more than 50%. Conclusions There was a higher application rate of medical records in the clinical papers, which indicated that the application of medical records was closely related to the output of papers. But the clinical physicians＇ ability was lower in selecting the type of design more strength demonstrates, this suggested that we should pay more attention to the role of the medical records in the scientific research and evidence-based medicine, and took full use of medical records resource to publish high quality papers.
