摘  要:目的了解2012年3月新碘盐标准实施以来石家庄地区8~10岁学生碘营养及食用碘盐状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法选取石家庄地区所管辖范围内21个县(市)区8~10岁学生的2 100份尿样,用过硫酸铵-砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘;同时采集该学生户盐2 100份,用直接滴定法进行盐碘含量测定。结果 2 100份尿样的尿碘中位数为155.2μg/L,尿碘〈50μg/L的尿样为12.28%,尿碘0~99μg/L的尿样为31.95%,尿碘100~299μg/L的尿样为49.19%,尿碘300~μg/L的尿样为18.86%。盐碘中位数为23.7 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为96.90%,合格碘盐食用率为96.10%。结论新碘盐标准实施后,石家庄地区8~10岁学生尿碘与食用盐碘水平均达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准。8~10岁学生碘营养适宜,食盐加碘措施得到落实,今后仍应继续加强对特殊人群碘营养状况的调查监测。Objective In March 2012,the new standard of iodized salt was carried out. To investigate the iodine nutritional and consumption of iodized salt status of pupiles aged 8 ~ 10 in Shijiazhuang City in 2015,and provide scientific evidence for control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The 2 100 urine samples were collected 8 ~ 10 years old children in 21 counties( cities) of Shijiazhuang area,using the method of ammonium persulfate digestion arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry to determine urine iodine. At the same time,collecting the student's 2 100 salt samples,direct titration method for determination of iodine salt. Results The median urinary iodine of 2 100 children aged 8 ~ 10 was 155. 2 μg / L,with 50 μg / L accounted for12. 28%. With 0 ~ 99 μg / L accounted for 31. 95%,100 ~ 299 μg / L accounted for 49. 19%,and 300 ~ μg / L accounted for18. 86%. The median salt iodine was 23. 7 mg / kg,the coverage of iodized salt was 97. 14% and the consumption of qualified iodine salt was 95. 67%. Conclusion The urinary iodine and salt iodine level can meet the national standards of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders after the implementation of new iodized salt. The 8 ~ 10 years old students iodine nutrition is appropriate in Shijiazhuang region,salt iodization measures implemented,in the future we should still continue to strengthen the investigation of special crowd iodine nutritional status monitoring.
