摘 要:目的了解南京某高校大学生心肺复苏(CardioPulmonaryResuscitation,CPR)初训半年后技能保留情况,探讨大学生CPR复训模式的效果。方法对初训半年后的129名大学生进行CPR技能测试,并分组采用传统授课培训和边看视频边练习(practicewithwatching,PWW)模式进行复训,比较2种模式的培训效果。结果初训半年后与初训时的CPR技能考核成绩比较有明显下降,结果有显著性差异(P〈0.05);复训中,PWW模式与传统教学模式技能考核成绩比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论CPR初训后半年会出现技能遗忘现象;定期复训是CPR培训效果的保障;PWW方法用于大学生CPR复训效果好,值得推广。Objective To know the cardio pulmonary resuscitation skill retention situation of some college students after half year of the first training, and to explore the effect of recurrent training pattern. Method Conduct CPR ability test on 129 students who were trained half year ago, and divide them into groups to apply different recurrent training patterns of traditional class training and practice with watching (PWW); then make a comparison between results of the two training patterns. Result After half year of the first training, CPR skills obviously reduce with the time goes, compared with the results have significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Recurrent training, the PWW model compared with the traditional teaching mode skill examination results have significant difference (P 〈 0.05) ; Conclusion Students tend to forget the skill after half year of the first training; recurrent training is a guarantee for the effect of CPR training; PWW pattern has good effect on the CPR recurrent training of students, which should be widely used.
